The program is designed for employees who feel that their style of communication often leads to uncomfortable situations, or for those who need to better manage their emotions in stressful situations.
Participants will learn how to find an optimal communication style in which they will not be passive, aggressive, or manipulative, and instead will be more transparent in their communication, particularly when communicating their wishes and opinions. We will show participants how to use assertiveness in practice, e.g., towards external customers, colleagues or superiors. We will focus on situations that participants experience in the actual workplace and offer solutions.
